  • The Trellis and The Vine by Colin Marshall and Tony Payne - If you wish to know the ministry philosophy of HisWay, this is a must-read. 

  • A Praying Life by Paul Miller - This is not just another book on prayer. The author is sensitive towards the 21st-century working individual while centering it around the Gospel.

  • Love Walked Among Us by Paul Miller - This is not just another book on love. Get ready to understand Christ's love for you and share it with the whole world.

  • The Meaning of Marriage by Tim and Kathy Keller - A practical and insightful book on marriage. One of Keller's finest.

  • Instruments in the Hands of the Redeemer by Paul Tripp - What is counseling? What does it mean to give helpful advice? How can I effectively communicate Scripture into someone's life? This book addresses all of these questions and more. 

  • Shepherding a Child's Heart by Tedd Tripp - Whether you are a new or experienced parent, this is a must-read.

  • Shame Interrupted by Ed Welch - A biblical counselor tackles the problem of shame with Scripture by getting to the heart of the issue. 

  • Sex Is Not the Problem, Lust Is by Joshua Harris - A rare, Gospel-centered approach to tackling the sin of lust.

  • Just Do Something by Kevin DeYoung - A short and practical book on discovering God's will for you in life.

  • Living the Christ-Centered Life by C. J. Mahaney - Ever hear the phrases, "Preach the Gospel to yourself," or, "Gospel-centered [insert]" and you were never sure exactly what that meant? This is for you.

  • Evangelism: Doing Justice and Preaching Grace by Harvie Conn - A helpful, balanced approach to evangelism and the role of justice in our evangelism.

  • When Helping Hurts by Steve Corbett and Brian Fikkert - Ever wonder how the church can alleviate poverty without hurting the poor? 

  • The Reason for God by Tim Keller - An insightful, intellectual, and sensitive defense for the Triune God of Scripture and the Gospel. 

  • The Prodigal God by Tim Keller - Keller shows how God's prodigal love through Jesus makes it impossible for both Christians and non-Christians to escape from their need of the Gospel.

  • The Jesus Storybook Bible by Sally Lloyd-Jones - A must-read for both children and parents! The author does an amazing job pointing the major narratives of Scripture back to Jesus.

  • What is Reformed Theology? by R. C. Sproul - A helpful summary of the Reformed faith and the Calvinist tradition.

  • Knowing God by J. I. Packer - This may be the most difficult book to read on the list, but if you are willing to think deep thoughts about God, you will be deeply affected by him.
