BYG Welcomes New Assistant Youth Pastor

Praise the Lord! Pastor Kang Mun will be joining BYG (Bethel Youth Group) as our new Assistant Youth Pastor, starting July 1st! 

We are so grateful to God for His faithful provision and love over our ministry. We thank all BYG family members for your prayers, patiently and eagerly waiting in hope for God to send us a faithful servant. God answers our prayers! Let’s pray for Pastor Kang and be ready to welcome him. Let’s also pray for BYG with joyful anticipation as our ministry and community step into this new season.  Here's a personal introduction from Pastor Kang:

Update from the Senior Pastor Search Committee
On April 30th, we officially closed all applications and recommendations for the calling of Bethel's 7th Senior Pastor. We conducted an initial review of the approximately 50 pastors who applied, and as a result, 4 candidates have passed the first round. We have received all the necessary documents from these candidates and are currently conducting the second round of document reviews.  We plan to interview the candidates who pass this second review.  

Prayer Requests

• Please pray that God will grant the Search Committee spiritual discernment to clearly recognize the pastor He has prepared for our church during the ongoing document reviews and interview process.

• Please pray for prepared hearts and safe travels for the committee members who will be traveling out of state for the preliminary interviews.

• Please pray for the Holy Spirit's continuous guidance and strength upon the Search Committee, so that they may not grow weary and may faithfully complete this entrusted ministry to the very end.
